AI services for maritime businesses
We set up an AI operating system for your business: the right tools, connected to your systems and information, with written rules and a team trained to use them. Then we run it with you, month to month.
Book a 20-minute callFind out your rules
An insurer's renewal questionnaire, a client contract, a professional body or a board may ask how your business uses AI. We identify the obligations that apply to you: privacy law, the EU AI Act if you serve European clients, the professional rules of your field, your insurer's conditions and the AI terms in your client agreements. For a law firm, that includes duties of confidentiality, supervision and competence.
You get a short written summary of what applies to your business and what each obligation asks of you.
Set up your governance
Before the tools reach your team, we agree which ones are approved, what information can go into them, where a person checks the result and who makes each decision. We write those points into an AI use policy, a register of the tools and uses in scope, and named responsibilities. The system grows as your use of AI grows, with a process for reviewing it as tools and staff change.
Our approach follows ISO/IEC 42001, the international standard for AI management systems. Certification comes from an accredited certification body.

Pick your tools
We talk to the people doing each task, and to the people who decide, and review the systems they use. Then we list the jobs where AI can help, assessed for impact, effort and risk, in priority order. Each job then gets the right AI. Tools you already pay for are reviewed first.
We recommend tools on fit for your business, and we don't take commission from any provider.

Train on the tools
We set up the agreed tools with business privacy terms, access controls and the first tasks your team will use them for.
Training is built around each role and the tasks people handle each day. One-to-one sessions suit a founder, director or senior manager who wants to start properly, at their own computer, in person or online. Team workshops cover the approved tools, your information rules and how to check what the AI produces.

Off and running
Your team using AI on real work, on approved tools, within the rules.
We work inside your rules
Many teams sit inside a group that has already approved a tool, such as Microsoft Copilot, and written a policy. The tool often isn't set up for the team's daily tasks, so people reach for their own. We make the approved tool work for your team: its own plugins and skills, the jobs that matter most, training for new joiners and a monthly review, all inside your group's rules.
Plugins and builds
Once your team is running, we build your recurring jobs into the tools you use, as plugins and skills for Copilot or Claude. Drafting quotes, summarising reports, answering routine enquiries or preparing the owner's monthly report become ready-made tools your team can use without building anything themselves.
We also build websites, AI assistants and agents, dashboards, integrations and video. Our websites are built to be read and cited by AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini.

We run it with you, every month
Each month, your team gets one more job taken off its plate, and everything already built keeps working.
You get a one-page report each month: who's using AI, what for, the estimated hours saved and next month's job. Every quarter, we review the whole system with you and agree what comes next.
What a monthly service includes →
Yours to keep. Your policy, your register, your settings and every plugin we build belong to you. The first 90 days cover your setup and getting it running. After that it's month to month, with 30 days' notice, and if you stop, everything stays with you.

Questions
Do we need all four steps?
Not always. If your group already has an approved tool and a policy, we work inside your rules and start with the tools and the training.
Are we locked in?
No. The first 90 days cover your setup and getting it running. After that it's month to month, with 30 days' notice. Everything we set up and build is yours to keep.
Do you give legal advice?
We identify the obligations that apply to your AI use and set up the policies and processes to meet them. Kristina Agustin is an admitted lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW and does not practise law, so questions that need legal advice go to your own counsel.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Commercial tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini; custom AI tools we build; and open models run privately on systems you control. We connect them to the systems your business already runs, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and your CRM. We take no commission from any provider.
Where do you work?
We work with maritime businesses in Australia, Asia-Pacific, Europe and the United States, in person and online.
