Website builds, integrations and AI assistants
We build websites, connect them to the systems you already use, and set up AI assistants for the jobs your team repeats. Then we host them and look after them, month to month.
What does a marine business website need to do?
A website may need to present a premium service, keep a catalogue current or help a visitor reach the right person. Much of its value sits behind the page, in enquiries, bookings, member records and content your team maintains. We design around those jobs and the way people search for your services, then host and look after it month to month.
Your website may need to present a premium service, keep a catalogue current or help a visitor find the right person. It often continues behind the page, through enquiries, bookings, member records and the content your team maintains.
We design the site around those jobs and the way people search for your services. Kristina leads the brief and delivery, with developer expertise from within our AI networks where the scope needs it.
What we can build
- Websites and redesigns
- Brand, page structure, content and responsive design, with a clear route to the enquiry, booking or next step the visitor needs.
- Connected business systems
- Booking, CRM, directory or data-feed connections, with the source of each record and responsibility for updates agreed.
- AI assistants
- Assistants grounded in approved business material for enquiries and repeat tasks, with suitable access, checking and handover to a person.
- Content and search foundations
- Useful service pages, page titles and descriptions, internal links and structured data reflecting the content. Existing URLs and inbound traffic inform the migration plan.
A website people want to explore.
And AI can understand.
Your next client may ask an AI assistant who to call. Can it understand what your business does? A website can look excellent in a browser while giving search and AI systems an incomplete picture.

When a buyer asks AI, can it understand your business?
Your website needs to explain who you are, what you do and why your experience matters. That information should be clear to the person reading it and accessible to the systems helping them find an answer.
Your expertise can be difficult to find
A polished website can still leave important questions unanswered. Services may be described vaguely, credentials buried in images, member listings disconnected, or useful pages inaccessible to crawlers.
When information is incomplete or inconsistent, an answer engine may rely on another source to describe your business. A visual redesign alone does not address that.
Build the explanation into the website
We bring the design, content, technical structure and business systems together. Your organisation, people, services and evidence become connected pages with clear relationships and useful answers.
For an association, that includes the members and their expertise. For a business, it means connecting what you offer with the work, qualifications and sources that support it.
Make the business clear
Useful service pages, an evidence-rich About page and a connected content library explain what you do, who you help and where your expertise comes from.
Give the information structure
Appropriate structured data, linked organisation and people profiles, and well-organised directories help systems interpret the information on each page.
Keep the source accurate
We review crawl access and readable page content, preserve useful links during migration, and connect forms and directory information with your working systems where needed.
Website builds and integrations, informed by maritime experience
Kristina brings experience in maritime operations, AI and association websites to the brief. We consider how buyers find you, how your expertise is evidenced, and how the website works with your CRM, enquiries and member information. Those requirements shape the build from the start and its ongoing care.
Does AI readability mean rebuilding my website?
Not always. We first review the existing content, platform and access. Some problems can be addressed through clearer page structure, accurate business information, structured data and crawl settings. Others may call for a wider rebuild. These foundations support discovery; AI systems decide which sources they use and cite.
How does AI read your website?
Start with the AI Readability Check to see how clearly your website presents your business.
From an invitation to a scan at the door.
Ticketing for an industry association’s annual Yacht Show event in Monaco, planned for several hundred people: list management, guest communications, QR scanning from personal phones and CRM integration.

Registration connected to the association’s website.
Member and sponsor companies nominate their guests within their allocation. Each guest receives an email with a personal entry code, a ticket link and a calendar invitation.
The office can manage the guest list and changes. At the venue, staff scan tickets on a phone or find a guest by name.

A charter catalogue connected to its source
The published project account records a move from roughly 100 hand-maintained listings to 2,351 yacht pages. Of those, 2,316 were populated from the charter feed, with a scheduled refresh and a shared template for the feed-built pages.
Recorded project figures, not a current live catalogue count.

Structure and content
We review the current site, enquiry routes and useful content, then agree what the new site needs to do.
Design and build
Layouts are reviewed with real content before implementation. Integrations and permissions follow the agreed brief.
Test and hand over
The launch review covers mobile layouts, content, links, forms and the agreed connections. Ownership, access and the care plan are documented.
Website care, month to month
Builds come with a care plan priced around the site and its connections. The proposal names the included work, software costs and support arrangements.
- Managed hosting, security and software updates, with backups and checks suited to the site.
- Small changes and content updates within an agreed allowance.
- Search and AI readability reviews, with priorities for improving useful pages.
- For connected assistants: knowledge updates, model and tool changes, and review of usage and running costs.
You own your site, domain and data. Access, licences and handover arrangements are recorded so a future change of provider can be planned.
A conversation about scopeMarine and superyacht website design
Charter businesses, marine service providers and associations have different content and enquiry needs. Our maritime experience informs the brief, from yacht data and seasonal information to member directories. Businesses outside the marine industry are welcome too.
Questions about Websites and AI assistants
Can you rebuild an existing WordPress site?
Yes. We begin with the content, integrations and ownership of the current site, then agree what can be retained and what needs rebuilding.
Can you bring several brands into one website?
A shared site can give each brand its own navigation, About page and service area, with shared publishing and administration. The structure follows the audiences and how the organisation operates.
What happens to our existing articles and search traffic?
We inventory the current pages and review available search data before proposing changes. Retained content keeps useful addresses where practical; approved mergers need relevant destinations and tested redirects. Search performance can change during a migration.
Can you make the site easier for AI search to understand?
We work on accessible text, clear business and service information, crawl access, internal links and appropriate structured data. Search and AI systems make their own decisions about which sources appear in an answer.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Editing access and handover are part of the brief. The content model should let your team update the agreed page types and approved imagery without commissioning a redesign.
How are hosting and ongoing changes priced?
The care plan is quoted with the build. It sets out hosting, maintenance, the included change allowance and any third-party costs. Additional development or content production is scoped separately.
