Southern Sky AI workshops address the operational problems maritime organisations are sitting with right now. Each workshop runs for three hours in Australian time, is capped at 20 seats, and ends with a clear path forward for organisations ready to act on what they have seen.

The workshop walks through setting up that environment yourself using Claude, and shows what it changes in your week-to-week work.

Before you book

  • An active Claude Pro subscription (USD $20 per month from anthropic.com), set up before the workshop begins
  • A computer with a current browser. Chrome, Edge, or Safari. Not a tablet or phone
  • Comfort with basic technical setup. Installing software, configuring accounts, working with structured prompts
  • One specific workflow from your work that you want to apply Claude to, brought to the workshop for the practical exercise

The workshop shows how Copilot Studio inside your existing Microsoft environment can carry that load, what the implementation looks like, and how to think about the commercial case.

Before you book

  • A Microsoft 365 work or school account on your organisation's tenant. Personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com) will not work
  • Copilot Studio access enabled on your account. The cleanest test is whether you can sign in at copilotstudio.microsoft.com and reach the maker portal. If you cannot, your IT administrator needs to enable it
  • Authorisation from your organisation to build and test agents during the workshop. If your organisation has restrictions on Copilot Studio use, please confirm before attending
  • A computer with Microsoft Teams installed and working. The workshop will run on Teams to put us inside the Microsoft environment
  • One specific organisational workflow you want to apply Copilot Studio to, brought to the workshop for the practical exercise
