- Interviews with the people doing each task, a review of your technology stack and a record of AI already in use.
- A prioritised opportunity register
- AI, automation and integration opportunities assessed for impact, effort and dependencies. Assumptions behind time or cost estimates stay visible.
- Risk and readiness
- Information handling, approvals, supplier dependencies and the skills your team will need. Existing tools and processes form part of the assessment.
- An implementation roadmap
- A sequence agreed with leadership, with responsibilities, first actions and an executive decision brief. The roadmap records what needs further scoping.

The Blueprint is a defined assessment. Implementation is scoped separately, with deliverables and acceptance criteria for the systems you choose to build.
- Deployment can connect assistants and workflows to the business systems you already use.
- An AI management system can bring approval, risk review and staff learning into the way those tools are operated.
- Continuing support can cover maintenance, supplier changes, staff onboarding and an agreed improvement programme.

Questions about AI Blueprint
Is the Blueprint an AI readiness assessment?
Readiness is part of it. The Blueprint also identifies opportunities, examines the systems behind them and sets out a sequence for implementation.
Can we use tools we already pay for?
Yes. Existing software, integrations and subscriptions are reviewed before new systems are recommended. An opportunity may involve configuring a current tool, connecting systems or changing a process.
Does the Blueprint include implementation?
Implementation has its own scope and approval. The Blueprint defines priorities and gives your team a brief for commissioning the next phase.
What will you need from our team?
We agree the participants, access and documents at the start. Interviews focus on daily work, repeated tasks and the information people need. Timing depends on the number of business areas and participant availability.
How is it priced?
The proposal sets out the assessment scope, participants, deliverables and fee. Any implementation or continuing support is priced separately.
