About Southern Sky AI

Hi, I’m Kristina Agustin, founder of Southern Sky AI. I’ve spent the past 20 years working in and around the super yacht industry from life on board to legal and operational management, and more recently helping businesses navigate what artificial intelligence actually means for them in real day-to-day operations.

I’ve seen firsthand how complex this work can be and how much pressure there is on leaders to make good decisions with limited time and imperfect information. That’s a big part of why I care so deeply about how we use AI, not just to move faster, but to support better judgment and protect the people and businesses behind the numbers.

Southern Sky AI partners with businesses and yacht programs, as well as family offices and maritime regulators with international reach for organisations facing new questions about risk oversight and opportunity in an AI enabled world. I don’t believe in chasing every new tool. I believe in starting with your real world operations, where time is being lost, where decisions are getting harder, and where better use of data could make work safer and more efficient for your team.
